3052 Dub Collective
Bio

3052 Dub Collective is an Atlanta based musical group that infuses the elements of Rock, Reggae and Dub. (Dub is an early form of Reggae that incorporates echo, reverb and other sound effects to remix the music.) We are a professional, versatile band that plays a variety of Reggae cover songs from pop to classic. However, the thrust of our music is original. From small venues to concert halls and festivals, 3052 Dub Collective is dedicated to making our listeners dance the night away!

We aim to reach millions to introduce a new vibration. An amalgam of culture binded by One Love....here they are! The 3052 dub Collective is: Eric B (also known as "Strait Face Brown"), is from Flint Michigan. Eric plays rhythm guitar and percussion. He's a Bald head Rasta that enjoys time travel and bending spoons. Kemba is 3052's Lead Vocalist. She enjoys teaching and spreading love and knowledge. Kemba is from Miami and always moving forward. Daniel Labrador (D-Lab)from Puerto Rico (Guayuabo) plays Lead Guitar and is our official mathematician. He collects the "dub" and calculates. He also enjoys long walks on the moon. Speaking of walking we have a new member, James “Whispers” Finney from Philadelphia, PA. Plays Bass, Sings Bass, and Speaks Bass. Toured the solar system back when Pluto was a planet. Our next member recently won "Best Hair" for 2009. He is the Keyboardist and they call him "ECG". No, he is not an electrocardiography machine. He is Eric! ECG is from the ATL. Our other Georgia native is Tenda Sax and she plays Sax. Did her name give that away? She compliments the stage with a unique style. Tenda claims to be from Augusta but we all know she is a star child. She enjoys polyrhythm and tones of the future. Did we forget the drummer? Our unforgettable drummer is Scotty "the business". He's a country boy from Galax Virginia. He inhales caffeine, exhales sunshine and never misses a beat.

3052 dub Collective is a stellar combination of personality and talent. The band is a dynamic musical group that is socially and politically conscious. We encourage our listeners to wake up and live. Take the "red pill" and fee your mind. Wake up and Live!

“Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality . Wake Up and Live!”
